The kindergarteners at St. Ann Classical Academy embarked on an exciting journey through Ancient Egypt this week, bringing history to life with hands-on activities, creative projects, and engaging lessons.
As part of their unit on Ancient Egypt, students created beautiful directed drawings of pharaohs, learning about their significance and roles in history. They also crafted their own pharaoh hats, immersing themselves in the culture of one of the world’s oldest civilizations. The classroom buzzed with excitement as students danced to traditional Egyptian music, adding movement and rhythm to their learning experience.
The adventure is far from over! Next, students will take on a beloved SACA tradition—building their own pyramids, reinforcing their understanding of Egyptian architecture and engineering through hands-on creativity.
At St. Ann Classical Academy, faith, academics, and creativity come together to foster a love of learning in every student. Now enrolling for 2025, we invite families to discover the difference of a classical education rooted in faith and excellence.
