St. Ann Classical Academy’s Pre-K program is developmentally designed to prepare your child for a classical education. Following Mass this morning, our school community remained in the church to honor Mary, the Mother of Christ, with a beautiful May Crowning. May Crowning is a cherished ritual in the Roman Catholic tradition. It is observed during the month of May, a month dedicated to the Blessed Virgin Mary. It includes Marian hymns, prayers, and a solemn procession. It concludes with the crowning of a statue of Mary with a crown of flowers, honoring her as the "Queen of May."
